Matlab Toolbox for image-based 3D-Cell-Shape Modeling
In computational dosimetry involving cellular structures (also termed Microdosimetry), geometrical modeling of irregular cell shapes is often found to be a difficult task. Since most conventional 3D Modeling softwares are designed to handle shapes with regular components.
